🚨 Bug Fix 🚨
Classic FM has been updated to fix two bugs affecting both player abilities and club finances, particularly outside Europe. Unfortunately you need to start a new save in order of these to take affect.
The file was updated Oct 22nd 2:30pm UK time. If you downloaded before that you should redownload.

How often do you think future updates will require to restart save? Obvious for player/team changes but extra features that are pending?

So having installed the files into editor data, loading a brand new save doesn't seem to make any changes compared to the base game. Is the file layout for the basic update set out as it should after extracting the files or do some need to be changed / removed (except the dynamic files) for changes to be made? Thanks.

The only player that has been changed is palmer. I feel the people behind this did not bother to change much. Only decided to edit Cole Palmer and called it a day.

@Ollie Willerton are you using one of the dynamic data files or the "Non Dynamic Data" file?
Can you screenshot your editor data file or the list of files you're using when starting a new save?

There's over 1 million changes now Palmer is definitely not the only player to have been edited. Possibly this is an installation issue, can you provide some more details of players who have stayed the same?

No it's not designed to work with that file.

@Ollie Willerton @kayin.agogbua Can you please redownload, it seems like the most recent file was missing the proper attributes file.
That's the issue with publishing multiple updates per day, should stick to less frequent updates 🤦♂️

I started a new save not that long ago with the data update, as well as Dave's increased realism. I am just wondering how many differences there are at the moment with current version of this classic FM and the previous data update? Basically, is it worth me restarting my long term save haha? How aggressive have you been with the CA PA changes? Are there many new wonderkids and changes etc?

So on the previous screenshot I submitted, I was using Dynamic update 7 and replaced it with 2 to see if the same issue was happening but I haven't managed to check that as of yet. This is how my editor data file looked while having DU7 installed in there. (Obviously without DU2). I have seen you message about the dynamic PA file not being in the older update so I am going to install a fresh now with the latest update. Thanks.

After downloading the new update, it seems that in my previous SS of the editor data file after installation appears to of duplicated a few of the files for some unknown reason. New update has only produced one of each file however 🙂.

You don't need the “sortitoutsi fm24 data update” files as well as the classic fm files (but do keep the real name fix). They will also overwrite the Classic FM files because it's done alphabetically.
You also seem to be missed the “Non Dynamic Data.fmf” file somehow.
Did you download again after the previous comment?
If so can you share again with in list view that shows the file modified/created dates?

Installed the classic fm zip folder. Do I put all of these files into the editor data folder and then one of the files inside the optional dynamic data folder also into the editor data folder?
