FM24 Just Hangs Moving To Next Day

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I bought the game yesterday but two separate games are being plagued by this, preventing me even getting through pre-season.

 

I get to July 16th or July 18th and the little loading circle is spinning but suddenly the hints/tips bit stops changing, browse doesn't work and the game hangs eternally. I near halved my database size from 230k to 130k on a new save and the same issue continues (despite my brother on a much slower CPU/GPU combo with half my ram having no issues?

 

I'm on a 5800x3D, 32gb Ram and 7800XT

 

Mods Active:
English 20 Tier System - Open to Tier 15
Japanese Tier System
Realism Mod

Though again, same ones my brother has and has no issue with

SOLVED (Mod can remove the thread)

Issue is the English 20 Tier System mod, if you go below Tier 12 it causes immense issues even with a small database.
