Hello,

I have been a Football Manager player for years and I ask myself this question:

Can a player's PA (Potential Ability) increase or decrease in a FM game?

I take the example of my current game with Gamba Osaka in Japan, I have a player with a CA of 80 and a PA of 105.
My staff tells me that this player will be an excellent player for my team while for me it is very little!

Hence my question...

Generally no potential ability is static it cannot increase or decrease. This is one of the most requested features in FM but SI never add it unfortunately.
