With this database you will be able to use them in the MLS right away.
Includes added graphics, teams, players, staff, nation, cities, regions, stadiums, etc.
Star signing Hirving Lozano is the club's most expensive purchase but as a club with big ambition the team have expressed interest recently in signing Mo Salah, Kevin de Bruyne and Sergio Ramos.
San Diego have aspirations to become “the Ajax of north America” with plans in place to develop young players in the San Diego-Tijuana area with their connections to the Right to Dream academy in Ghana, Egypt, Denmark and now San Diego.

Transfer activity so far before the upcoming expansion draft.

So the Expansion draft just took place and San Diego selected 5 players I've never heard of and traded 2 draft picks for allocation money.
They also made a couple trade signings for General Allocation Money.

From the sounds of it Tyler Heaps wants to make more free signings since the free agency window starts tomorrow so they'll be able to scoop up a few players.
Strange selections from the draft and I don't see how they improve the squad.

Mikey Varas stated that the next DP signing will be a RW and they'll probably leave the 3rd DP open to sign someone next summer.
Erick Gutierrez from Chivas was linked with San Diego with the transfer said to be close but nothing confirmed just yet.

My attempt at making a new kit to match the newly released home shirt.

There were some issues with compatibility with the sortioutsi transfer update file (transferring San Diego players to the wrong team and releasing them as free agents) so I've included a modified version of the sortioutsi transfer update in the San Diego zip so you can use it to have the latest transfers but not interfere with San Diego's transfers.

San Diego FC selected Ghana midfielder Manu Duah with their first pick of the SuperDraft.
He doesn't exist in the base game so I'll create him to add him to the club.

More draft additions still to come.

The team now has 20 players! I know right. Shocking.

The file has been updated to include new staff and player additions as of the 20th of December.
As ever feel free to alert me of any errors in the database.
I'm sure a couple more signings will be coming in between now and January but obviously it's going to slow down around Christmas time.
All Superdraft players for San Diego have been added into the game.

Sometimes it really is shocking how ungrateful the FM community can be to Editors who spend a lot of time making databases but you will see comments on your post completely dismissing the work.

Something I was uncertain on when creating San Diego FC was whether they would have a USL second team like it seems most MLS teams have, by default I created a II 2nd team to have a development squad but after listening to a local San Diego football podcast (San Diego.Futbol) they claimed that USL team would be an extension of the Right to Dream set up.
There's no real info to get more clarification but I assume if the Right to Dream academy will have their own USL team I can rename the San Diego II team in this database to something like Right to Dream (USL) and alter their kits and logo.
