In this database I have created a three level Scandinavian league system featuring 60 clubs in total and taking over the Norwegian league system!

 

Clubs included in the league system hail from either Norway, Denmark or Sweden. I've also included a handful of clubs from Iceland and Finland to add even more diversity to the leagues despite them not being Scandinavian countries. major clubs included in the leagues include, FC Kobenhavn, Brondby, Molde, Rosenborg and Malmo!

League Structure

Scandinavian Super League:

  • 16 teams selected purely by reputation (no national bias).
  • Includes 1 Icelandic team (Vikingur R), 1 Swedish team (Malmö), and 14 teams from Norway and Denmark.
  • Norway was chosen as the base for this experiment, being the highest-rated Scandinavian league (#15 in Europe).

 

Lower Divisions:

  • First Division: Features more Swedish, Icelandic, and Finnish teams, including notable clubs like IFK Göteborg, Djurgårdens IF, and HJK Helsinki.
  • Second Division (Groups 1 & 2): A mix of teams from all nations.
  • Third Division: Divided into six leagues, featuring teams with at least a 2.5-star reputation.

 

After 5 Years (2028)

League Reputation: Climbed to 14th in Europe (after dropping to 18th in 2026).

 

Dominant Clubs:

  • Super League Winners:
    • FC Midtjylland (2023, 2025), FC Nordsjælland (2024, 2026).
    • Rosenborg became the first Norwegian winner in 2027.
    • FC Copenhagen won their first title in 2028.
  • Scandinavian Cup Winners:
    • Vikingur (2023), AGF Aarhus, FC Nordsjælland, and FC Copenhagen.

 

Observations: Denmark dominates early years. Finland and Iceland yet to win silverware.

 

After 10 Years (2033)

League Reputation: Climbed to 7th, making it one of Europe’s top 10 leagues.

 

Dominant Clubs:

  • Super League Winners:
    • FC Midtjylland (3 total), AGF Aarhus, Rosenborg, and Strømsgodset (back-to-back titles).
  • Scandinavian Cup Winners:
    • HamKam (2 total), IFK Göteborg, Molde, and FC Midtjylland.

 

European Success:

  • FC Copenhagen reached the Europa Conference League final (2031, lost to Brighton).
  • AGF Aarhus lost the 2033 final to Newcastle.

 

After 15 Years (2038)

New Powerhouses:

  • IFK Göteborg became the first team to win 3 consecutive league titles (2036-2038).
  • FC Midtjylland remained the most successful overall (4 league titles, 2 cups).

 

Other Key Winners:

  • Scandinavian Cup: IFK Göteborg, HamKam (3 cups total), and Lyngby.

 

After 25 Years (2048)

League Reputation: Stabilized at 8th in Europe.

 

Dominant Teams:

  • FC Midtjylland: 5 league titles.
  • Rosenborg: 4 league titles, 2 doubles (league + cup).
  • Brommapojkarna (Bromby): Emerged as a strong contender, winning multiple titles and cups.

 

European Success:

  • FC Midtjylland reached the Europa Conference League final (2044, lost to Bournemouth).

 

After 35 Years (2058)

Bromby Dominance: Won 7 consecutive league titles (2055-2061), setting a new record.

 

League Reputation: Dropped slightly to 11th in Europe.

 

Cup Winners:

  • Bromby (2 cups total).
  • FC Midtjylland: Remained ahead in total trophies (9 Super League + 6 cups).

 

After 50 Years (2073)

Final Rankings:

  • FC Midtjylland: Most successful team with 12 Super League titles and 6 cups (18 total).
  • Bromby: 10 Super League titles, 5 cups (15 total).
  • Rosenborg: 7 Super League titles, 6 cups (13 total).

 

European Performance:

  • FC Copenhagen won the Europa Conference League (2061).

looks very good, just a shame that it doesn't follow all the other big leagues in Europe so the season starts in July instead of March

Several changes should be considered: 

 

Deactivating the other countries

Changing the league names and deactivating third division

Changing the rules off the league (foreigners etc because other nations in Scandinavia are now considered foreigners)

Prize Money

Reputation

Coefficient (Uefa ranking points should be equal to every country today, or at least higher)
