FM24 Update Turkish League Help and Testing

Unfortunately i'm still unable to get the Turkish league to work, i've put alot of time into this and am now taking a break from trying to get it to work again so I thought I would post my attempt here incase anyone else was able to take a look.

It's based on masterigor's files and then attempted to update it so that the 2024 rules and teams apply at the start of FM24 in 2023.

To be clear this will not work please do not try and load this into your game and then complain that it doesn't work.

It needs to be loaded into the pre game editor and fixed, the purpose of this topic is to track progress and try and give someone else a chance to look at it.

It's 99% done, just tedious to put the final touches on it.

I adjusted this according to the 2024 rule, and it is actively working but since the rewards cannot be set so clubs go into an economic crisis after 3-4 seasons. Even though I activated the rewards and entered values, they remain fixed in the game
