Keeper subbed off with match plans

I have match plans that I use and after the 70th minute I have it set to sub off tired players but sometimes I start a youth or back-up keeper if my starter is injured. When the 70th minute hits, my keeper gets subbed off for the one I have on my bench, how do I stop this without having to sacrifice my match plans?
