How can i download the update released on 30/08/2024? basically the rosters that have only the summer transfers

For just the “rosters” ignore all the files except the one ending in “- Changes”

It doesn't work for me. I tried it but January transfers join teams. How can i start with only summer transfers? @Footygamer
