Crash on FM 24

my save crash while loading from 31 dec 24 to 01 jan 25, and i dont know where to look for the log error.

could someoone tell me where to look, or maybe any idea how to find tool to look log error on save file ?

I've had this before - I couldn't work out why - ended up have to re-install the game and start fresh
