Is there a setting where I can change the default match speed (keyboard shortcut "2") during highlights?

During Highlights I set it to half way between middle and fastest. I often use the keyboard shortcuts "2" and "3" to toggle between fastest and default to get through VAR and offside decisions faster. How can I make the speed to be half way between middle and fastest when I press "2" on my keyboard?
