I did my best to use realistic formats for all the leagues that are included. The rule files contain:
- real divisions and cups with real formats from 2023
- teams from the 2023 season
- all nations have transfer windows, registration periods, tv dates, match rules, prize money - when I was able to find this in my online research

Installation Guide
Copy the .fmf files for the nations you want into the folder "<My Documents>\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\editor data\".
The folder can be different if you have changed it in the FM24 preferences. The leagues should then appear the next time you start a new game in FM24 and chose advanced setup.
Make sure you have the checkbox "add players to playable teams" checked. This is recommended, otherwise you may end up with a lot of greyed-out players.

Testing and Research
All rules files have been tested in the editor and in the game as well.

The teams in the 2nd league and regional league are not right

Hello, thank you very much for your excellent work 🙂 I think there is a bug in Austria with the registration of players for the 2nd team in the 3rd tier. The file for Austria is loaded in the database and all leagues including Regionalliga (3rd tier) are set to playable. For example, if I start a save with Rapid Vienna, from September (after registration) the players form the 2nd team will no longer be lined up for 2nd team matches and will be replaced by gray-outed players. Nothing changes even if I register the players of the 2nd team for the 1st team. Maybe you have time to take a look at it. I also don't know if this only affects Rapid or also other clubs with a 2nd team in the Regionalliga. Thank you very much 🙂

I think the problem is that the game is doings something wrong with the u23 player requirement. I fired the reservers coach and put up players myself. Lets me only put one u23 in the squad + all older players. Bummer since I have barely any older players in my reservers team.
Popup says (translated from German): “There has to be at least one U23 player in the first 11 (currently 9).”. Doesn't let me proceed from there.
Edit:
Can be fixed in the pre-game editor. “Regeln 16 Regionalliga” etc.
