I haven't bought a kit for about six years. Too expensive and they bring out a new one every year so I find it pointless.

Plus I really dislike our new kit. Better than the table cloth though.

The Gingham one last year really grew on me. I bought it but Nike didn't get my money, if you catch my drift.

I really don't like the collar on this years one, but I reckon it might look nice if you don't do all the buttons up like a ponce.

Hideous.

I'm wearing it right now. It's not to everyone's tastes, like most football kits, for every one person who likes it [supporter or not] there's usually one or two who don't.

I'm looking forward with some trepidation to what Joma have in store for us this season although the club have said in the media release for the new suppliers that the fans wil love what they've come up with and the new kit will be out in the next couple of weeks.

Yeah same, the collar would look great if you didn't have the buttoned up shit.

Regardless, I still won't buy it unless I can get it for under £20.

My uncle went to Old Trafford last week, because he was up near there visiting family, and popped into the club shop and said that, for a shirt with a name and number on, it was costing around £70! And there were people walking out with three or four bags of stuff!

Yeah it's £67.95 for a top with a name+number on the site, joke.

Would have preferred our home keeper top as an away shirt tbh.

That's actually a pretty nifty shirt. Would've been better than your naff disco away shirts.

That'd be a stunning away shirt, though I'm not convinced by it for a keeper's shirt.

Since the Premiership we've never really had a really good away kit. I quite liked the 2002-2003 one though.

When I think of it, 06-07 was the only year since the mid-90's Umbro kit with Old Trafford on it that I've actually liked the United home kit.

Those green kits at the start of the Premier League era are fucking horrific. The 1998-99 effort is quite classy though. A few later era Reebok kits are also pretty nice looking.

Looking at ours, I like quite a lot of our more recent designs - even the infamous yellow and yellow stripes - but I don't really like our current home and third strips. The mock ups I've seen of what is apparently our coming home kit look exceptionally terrible.

Saying that least Puma have spared us something like this pile of crap...

I hope Newcastle have a Brazil style away kit soon.

The yellow Solero kit was no where near as bad as the cyprus green effort, from 05-06.

That one wasn't too bad. It certainly wasn't the one from 2 seasons later that looked like a nappy. Or this...

Hideous.

As 'hideous' as it may be, did it sell impressively well for a Partick Thistle shirt? Yes. That's what matters.

The away kits ok but the sponsor just doesn't seem to fit on the home one, also I don't like the boxes around the Diadora logo.

Make the eyes glow in the dark and you're onto a winner.

This is supposedly our new away top. An absolute shiter.
