Sign only players from "x"-nation rule in a club

Hi!

 

I would very much like to change the transfer policy of a club, so the club is only capeable of signing players from two nations: home nation (Dutch, fx) and one other nation (USA, fx) - not for the league, but only for a specific club.

 

How is this done?
