Editing Staff Question

I like delegating some of my responsibilities in Career mode, which means needing a good Director of Football as well as a good Assistant Manager. I also like managing clubs in the lower leagues to start off with. I recently used the FM 2013 editor to make Dmitry Selyuk (a good Director of Football who normally starts off unemployed) to have him start out at Hayes & Yeading United F.C. with me as the manager. However, I wasn't sure what terms to give him, so he's got a contract from 2012 to 2020 that pays him nothing. He hasn't complained and is doing his job fine so far.

I don't plan to stay with Hayes & Yeading forever, so am I going to run into any problems if I want to take Selyuk with me if I move to another club?

Also, can someone give me any advice using this approach to Career mode? Editing the database so that your club starts off with good unemployed staff? And how to keep that staff with you as you progress in your career? Sorry if some people consider this to be cheating, but there are just some elements of the game that I'd rather not micromanage and which I want to delegate.

If the club you move on to has a higher reputation, plays at a higher level and allows you to offer staff wages high enough you won't have any problems brining him with you.
