I have created a Balkan League system in this updated 24/25 database featuring 34 clubs from 12 Balkan countries. The Bulgarian league system has been converted for this experiment, including a Balkan Super League (16 clubs) Balkan First League (18 clubs) Balkan Cup and Balkan Super Cup.

Check out my YouTube experiment video where I've simulated 50 seasons of the League system!

Nations represented : Bulgaria, Greece, European Turkey, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Moldova

League Structure :

Balkan Super League (16 clubs)

Balkan First League (18 clubs)

Each nation has at least 2 clubs featured in the league system apart from Kosovo who only have one (Prishtina).

I hope you enjoy and please leave any feedback below!

Sorry, but you have chosen to include an inferior Turkish team (Basaksehir) instead of Trabzonspor in the 1st league and a mediocre Greek team instead of Fenerbahçe or Besiktas. Are you a Galatasaray fan? LOL

Basaksehir are on the European side of Turkey. Fenerbahce is not. Trabzonspor are also not in Europe. Besiktas are also in the league system and no I'm not a Galatasaray fan

Hey Kenny, I was just joking. So you have picked teams that are based in the European part of Turkey. I see the reasoning for that. Anyway, I like these types of leagues for some areas of the world in leagues where one or two teams really dominate. It adds some depth of competition. Did you alter the European competition places for the league and if so, how did you do it? Also have you considered creating a central/eastern European cup competition ( at least without the big European leagues/teams)? Including the best teams from Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Rep, Romania, Greece, and Bulgaria - maybe I have missed a league or two.

Anyway, joking aside I am grateful and appreciate your efforts. Thx

Hey mate it's fine there's no issue here 🙂 I didn't alter the European competition places at all. That sounds good I will add it to the list, I have an Iberian League system dropping this week also.

Thank you very much I appreciate the support 🙂

An Iberian league is another good idea. I've seen a Scandinavian super league and Balkan and Yugoslavian super league. Yesterday I tried creating another European cup competition which ignored the top 6 leagues and mostly included teams from central and eastern European teams with Belgian, Dutch and Scandinavian teams as well. It went quite well until the advanced rules page and ranking levels. I don't really understand that and couldn't get it verified. Is it necessary to go into the advanced rules section for such a competition to work properly in game?

I thought about trying to alter the European places but after looking at it it seems complicated and connected to coefficients.

Is there any way to play this league with the 2025/26 transfers?
