As you probably know we've been busy keeping FM24 up to date with the 24/25 Season through our Data Update and the Classic FM Project.
On top of all the promotions and relegations, updated club finances, latest transfers, player improvements and regressions we've now added more than 10,000 new youth players, mostly aged around 16. This means if you start a new save with our Update you'll have a whole bunch of brand new wonderkids to discover.

Dynamic Attributes
Our Dynamic Attributes are an exciting new feature we've added that we wish was in the official game. It makes every save unique by varying the attributes of players, so a player might be world class one save and an average player in a relegation save the next. It's not totally random though, it's only randomised within a realistic range.
Included the Enhanced Classic FM version of the file are 10 optional files named “Classic FM - Dynamic New Players 1-10” choose a different one for each save to make sure the players you discover are different to your last save. A clear explanation on how to install these is at the end of this post.
How to install Dynamic Attributes
Step 1) Remove existing files
- Remove any files named “Dynamic Data”, "Non Dynamic Data", “Dynamic New Players” or “New Players” from the "editor data" folder.
- To remove them simply move them into the "Optional Dynamic Data" folder so they're not lost.
Step 2) Add a Dynamic Data File
- Copy one version of the "Dynamic Data" and “Dynamic New Players” files from the “Optional Dynamic Data” folder into the "editor data" folder.
- For convenience make sure they're the same number e.g. “Dynamic Data 5” and “Dynamic New Players 5” although this doesn't actually matter if they're the same.
- Copying is better so you don't lose the original.
- Which file you choose doesn't matter. It might be best if you remember which ones you have used so your next game can be more unique.
HOW TO UN-INSTALL
Step 1) Remove existing files
- Remove any files with "Dynamic" in the name from the "editor data" folder.
Step 2) Reinstall the "Non Dynamic Data"
- Copy the files named "Non Dynamic Data" “New Players” from "Optional Dynamic Data" into the "editor data" folder
Is the Wonderkids file free?
Yes the wonderkids file containing 10,640 players is included in the normal Data Update.
However the Dynamic Attributes feature is limited to the Enhanced version through the Classic FM Project which you need to subscribe to.

I have already submitted some but I am finding out why when I look in their team there is only the name that appears and not the first and last name

Sorry they have to be approved first before the details are added. The UI is still a work in progress if you have specific feedback on anything you find confusing or ideas for how it could be better i'd be very grateful.

Hello I wanted to know when there will be a new update to the list because players are missing, like Aziz Issah, a Ghanaian player on loan to Barca, Romeo Garnier, Abdoulaye Coulibaly, and Malia, who plays for Sudan's Al Hilal.

because I had requested the addition of certain players and it was not validated so I wanted to know if they will be added. Romeo Garnier Aziz Issah Abdoulaye Coulibaly and other African players

Yours were rejected because you instantly gave two players -10 potential which is higher than anyone else in the world so your submissions can't be trusted.
A way for you to download your own changes for personal use is planned.

Just to comment on these players, specifically - all three of them have been created.
Aziz Issah: one of your submissions is the active one
Romeo Garnier & Adama Coulibaly: other submissions, by other users, were chosen as they were either a bit tidier (e.g. info was submitted better, such as accuracy of name) or they were similar in quality but the other user submitted first.
During the initial batch of moderation, we already had various duplicate submissions so had to pick one and move forward. Nothing personal - but the main thing is those players do exist now.

Hey, I just wanted to ask, why does the new wonderkid in my save have a unique ID that doesn’t match any ID listed in the attached file? Is that normal? Are unique ID randomly assigned?

They are not entirely random, as such, but which ID is given to any newly-created player will depend on the overall edited data files that you are loading per game.
All newly-created Person records that are part of edited data files that are enabled will be assigned Unique IDs sequentially, starting from 2002042189. The first Person record in the first file listed alphabetically will get the first unique ID. Then the second Person record in that same file…and so on.
After that, the first Person record in the second file will get the next one. And so on.
Therefore, the overall order of the edited data files you are using will play a part, as well as the contents of each edited data file.
The Sortitoutsi Data Update has been iterated many times since the originally-published list of new players/wonderkids and it now also includes all of the community-submitted players, too. As such, I think it is safe to expect the UIDs listed in that original file not to match. I would, therefore, say that is normal.
The logic with which the Data Update is being built could change in the future as new features are considered/implemented, so I would be hesitant to say that UIDs for players that exist in the file today will always remain the same. However, behind the scenes, the intention is to try and ensure UIDs are consistent because it is recognised that consistent UIDs would enable the playerbase to use graphics for those new players.

@p o l a r b e a r we've actually just been putting loads of work into the ID's for the new players so that we can start creating facepacks for them.
It's not quite ready yet but it's near the top of the todo list.
As maconolly said they start at 2002042189 and the way the new system works they should be fixed for every game now, but the fixed ID's aren't displaying on the website yet, that will be soon.

Are you sure you have downloaded the latest/current version of the Data Update? You would get it via https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update.
Following your report, previously, I personally went in and removed the duplicate through the website. I have just downloaded the current version and done a search and can clearly see only one Christian Kofane.
