obviously, especially the two central defenders, the defensive midfielders and the two forwards (or at least one of them who play as TF) must have good stamina, heading values, strength and other physical features, besides, in the mental attributes, all players should have a good teamwork value.
For strikers also off the ball value is also important.
When I say good values I mean 12 or more. But, in Football Manager stats mean more than stars or value numbers, sometimes when looking for example for a strong striker who does not cost too much, it's better to look at how many goals he scored in his career rather than only looking at his finalize-shoot values

What length do you recommend? 101m x 64m or 105m x 68m? I imagine the smaller the better, right? thanks 😀

yes it's better, when your stadium field manager asks you about it, pick up the smallest
