I removed all players of the age of 21 and older from all clubs in the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, League 1, Eredivisie and Liga Betwin.
And I gave them a 20 year transfer ban.
Can you compete in the cup competitions against lower league clubs?
Can you compete in Europe?
Can you compete in later years against promoted teams in your league which have their full squads?
The only players you can sign are your Youth Intake players.

Really nice database , forgot to turn off the data updates as you can see from the table below , the promoted teams kept all their players.
