Using an older game’s database on a newer game

Hi guys, as the title says, is there a way to use a database from a previous game on a newer one? I have a database from FM2022 that I want to use on 2023, but don’t know if there is a way to convert it

Export to xml using the FM22 pregame editor, then import into FM 23 through theFM23  editor. Test rules, then save as .fmf. Should work if verified

open it in the FM22 pregame editor save it as an xml file using export as oama has said

 

then put the file in editor data folder FM23

 

open it in editor FM23 using import

 

test and save as fmf file
