Is there a pack that includes metallic flags of countries not affiliated with FIFA? For example, the Falkland Islands, Monaco, the Vatican, among others?

No such pack exists 🤷♂️ (Monaco and Pays Basque are included in the default database and have flags and logos in the main pack)
