Bahia Nation
I have transformed the historic north-eastern Brazilian state of Bahia into a nation on FM24.
2 versions are included:
1) Bahia as an international nation (first nation)
2) Bahia as a secondary nation not playable internationally (will help implement Bahia based signing policy)

Yeah it would be possible because there's already a state league to work from.
Any ideas on the structure?
