Based on Wikipedia, Transfermarkt and Vietnam Football Scout page, I'm gathering some of Vietnamese blood-related footballers (Viet Kieu) in and outside Vietnam
Including:
1. Update PA/CA for some available players.
2. Change club, update the newest transfer for some players like Pierre Lamothe, Kevin Pham Ba, Kyle Colonna…
3. Citizenship acquired for Rafaelson (Nguyen Xuan Son), Hendrio (Do Hoang Hen), Kevin Pham Ba, Jason Pendant,…
4. New players: Jariyah Shah, Arthur Barratt, Thomas Mai Veeren,… with Vietnamese eligible.
5. Change Boubacar Kamara into Vietnamese eligible base on grandparent's Vietnamese related (or descent).
Most of players's details are likely accurate due to great help from transfermarkt and their club's squad report, with newest update I increased nation reputation for better national represent possibility, but still depends on players so having in-game editor to force represent stay the best way. Beside that for lower division because of lack of teams participating in, some clubs are dissolution but I still added them to league to make sure National Cup can working normally, so you can still finding (exp: Hoa Binh FC) them in lower league.
I will re-update new clubs status for FM26 at the same time working for FM26 database (because I don't have 26 currently lol), so at the moment I will continue working on shortlist, face and logo for new update.
With transfer update, I only working on Viet Kieu's update (mostly I'm too lazy to working with domestic players because of huge amount of change), some players instead of moving them to higher league like before, I moved them like real-time update. For domestic players, I will find a better way to handle the frequently transfer update and if anyone have enthusiasm for Vietnamese Football and want to take part in, contact me via:

NEW UPDATE v1:
- Adding new players (Zan Nguyen, Maxwell, Bailey Allen,…).
- Fixing Thomas Mai Veeren.
- Change Vietnam National team staff including Kim Sang-Sik with head coach role, staff details.
- Change Vietnam home stadium and kits.
BIG UPDATE v1.1:
- Adding newest players that doesn't exist in FM24 with the most accuracy details.
- Eligible for some more players like: 3 Bung's brothers…, increase reputation for easier national represent (but in-game editor still recommend for any change).
- Reconstructing Vietnam's league table include: Update standing/relegation/promotion for V.League 1 and 2 teams, reconstructed lower divisions for most practical.
- Update new clubs name, transfer for Viet Kieu players.
Future Update if possible:
- Face cut-out
- Team logo
- Missing team from lower division
- FM26's database

dùng file shortlist tìm cho dễ nhé, hiện tại data của fm24 bị xung đột nhiều do nhiều data cầu thủ chồng chéo nhau, sẽ bị mất một vài người nhưng tổng thể là vẫn đủ
