Hello,

I added a newly created club to Premier League in the “England League" data update using the pre game editor.

I removed another club from the league, so there is only 20 clubs as there should be.

When saving in the pre game editor I receive the following message: No division levels have been verified in these rules - test the rules before saving to allow the use of these rules in the game.

When creating a new game and trying to use the England League data update which I've edited, the England League gives an error which says: This data file needs to be tested and verified in the editor before it can be used with this database.

How do I fix this?

Thank you

This is normal. Whenever you make database changes to a file that also includes rule changes, you need to take the extra step of verifying those rules by testing them after you make your DB changes.

The sequence is:

1. Make DB changes. Save file.

2. With file still open, go to Rules -→ Test Rules -→ All. Let it process.

3. Save file again.

You will then be able to use your file in-game.

I would also suggest not editing our files. The files cascade in alphabetical order so just create a new file with a name that's alphabetically after our files and it will be applied after. That way you can easily reapply our update in the future without affecting yours.
