need help desperately

Playing a network game with a friend.
im arsenal and im in the bottom 5.

Can anyone give me a tactic that will help? Im using a previous tactic that worked on a previous save as Arsenal.
Its just not working now.
my squad is the one you start with except I've brought Hamsik(accidently,wad showing my mates about board adjustments and board involvement)

What sort of strategy and team instructions are you using?

Also are you setting up opposition instructions effectively?
