I did my best to use realistic formats for all the leagues that are included. The rule files contain:
- real divisions and cups with real formats from 2023
- teams from the 2023 season
- all nations have transfer windows, registration periods, tv dates, match rules, prize money - when I was able to find this in my online research

Installation Guide
Copy the .fmf files for the nations you want into the folder "<My Documents>\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\editor data\".
The folder can be different if you have changed it in the FM24 preferences. The leagues should then appear the next time you start a new game in FM24 and chose advanced setup.
Make sure you have the checkbox "add players to playable teams" checked. This is recommended, otherwise you may end up with a lot of greyed-out players.

All rules files have been tested in the editor and in the game as well.

If using the game's Create-a-Club option, how could I be sure that the club would go to the relevant region-specific group when Liga 2 changes from 4 groups to 3 groups in 2024?

I never tried Create a Club, and for some leagues with regional divisions, it will create problems.
However for Indonesia, I believe I did the group sorting bases on west to east coordinates. That means it should just work if you have set a city for your team.

I've abandoned creating a club (in the pre-game editor) as all the League 2 clubs were being randomly allocated to the regional league groups. (I tried with both the vanilla game and your mod),
So I'll play a pre-existing club with your database.

Hi MasterIgor,
I'm starting my third season in the Indonesian leagues and have encountered an issue.
I'm about to play my first match of the season. I'm unable to register my new (all free transfer) players to my squad. I don't believe there was any registration notification this season asking me to register players for the upcoming season. I can register some of the new players, but I can't fit them all into the 35-man squad. In previous seasons, I filled up the 35-man squad with youth players. I'm unable to unregister any of these players to make space for the new players.
In this screenshot of my squad registration page, it says "Liga 2 squad registration (window opens on 1/12/2025)", which is three months away:

When I look at the opponent I am supposed to play in the upcoming match, half of their players are unregistered:

This would reinforce the notion that the squad registration notification for this season never happened.
Do you think this an issue creating by your mod, which reorganised the league system starting in the second or third season?

Well, a workaround for this appears to be to use FMRTE to register players.
Here's what I did, if anyone encounters this issue…
I selected Search in FMRTE and pressed Enter to bring up everyone in the game. I selected Players and highlighted all of them with Ctl + A. Then I right-clicked and applied the ‘Player Squad Registration.json’ Preset to all of them.
First thoughts are that it seems to have worked okay. Instead of registering all players at a club, including all youth team players, it seems to have registered all first-team players and some youth players, with some room still left over in the 35-man squad registration limit.

I looked at the League 2 rules in my game and there is only one registration window, in December, which follows after the winter transfer window, which is in November.
I started a new vanilla game, without the Indonesia leagues mod, to check what the original game's rules were in League 2.
It has two registration windows, one in summer, from June to September, while the other is in November, which is also the winter transfer window.
So, using the Indonesia leagues mod, one is missing the whole of the summer registration window in League 2, and the winter registration window is not aligned with the winter transfer window, occurring one month after it.
So one will have to use the FMRTE mod to manually register players for all clubs at the end of the summer transfer window, before the first match of the season, and potentially multiple times in the winter transfer window.

There is indeed a mistake in the first registration period, which I think came from a copy-paste error because it had the winter dates as well as the summer dates in the record.
I will make a fix for this.
