Do I need to upload proof of a transfer when editing a player? For example I want to move todibo to West Ham permanently since he has completed the obligatory loan but i can’t find any ‘proof’

Of course, you need proofs… You're meant to submit changes for the data update, for everyone. The information needs to be accurate, and also save the staff time to verify each entry.
