All wonderkids/new players in the data update have stuff like adaptability, ambition, professionalism etc. set to 10. I've found this results in most of them not developing well and reaching their potential, I think it would be better if there was more randomness in it, or even just slight changes (especially in regards to professionalism and ambition) to give them a better chance of reaching their potential.

+1 on this, makes perfect sense.

 

Or make them editable when adding a player!

I preferred it when the new players and staff were on a separate file, as I don't like them being included, because I prefer one with a face pack, Is there any way I can separate them out when I download the update?
