Hello friends, I apologize that I had to ask a question here. I am trying to use the “FM24 2024-25 Real Fixture & Results + LNC by marcodoglio” update with the “sortitoutsi classic fm” update package. for transfers I needed to move the contracts back one year and adjust the player ages to be one year older. i added two files from fmtu site “FM24 All People 1 Year Older (FMTU)” and “FM24 All Contracts 1 Year Shorter (FMTU)” to the editor data folder and it worked correctly. but this time the contract expiry date of the players who have extended their contracts is 2024. many players are like this. for example mo salah contract expiry date should be 2027 but this way the contract expiry date is 2024. When I extract the two files of the fmtu site, there is no such problem with the contracts, but the contracts of other players are not one year behind. is there any work to solve this problem? or can a file like the two files of the fmtu site be made as I mentioned above?  i have attached two pictures as an example.

there's no mistake.
the contract end date should be 2027. This is what happens when I attach the two files on the fmtu site, the age is correct but the contract end date is wrong.

If you scroll down on the data update page it says alternative updates and there is a file without the year changes that is more suitable for trying to use a future start date file.

I would not recommend trying to combine these files though you're always going to hit various issues.

thanks bro, I tried the file you mentioned. the problem right now is the “FM24 All Contracts 1 Year Shorter (FMTU)” file. this file pulls everyone's contract back correctly. but it seems to create a problem for players who have just renewed their contracts. do you know such a file that will pull all players' contracts back one year? or how can I make this file myself?

You will have to download an older release from May 31st but it won't have transfers from this month like TAA etc.

thanks but unfortunately this won't solve my problem. i want to make a file that will push back the contract of all games by one year, is there a tutorial on the site?

If you download the older file there is a file in there called “+1 Age and Contract Years” that does this.

Why do you want them changed by one year?

because i want to play with the real fixture update i mentioned at the beginning. i know you said i might have problems. and when i do that i start the game on 10/06/2024. i don't know if i'm doing something wrong, if i don't use this fmtu file, player contracts that should have a contract end date of 30.06.2024 appear as 30.06.2025. i gave an example in the picture, theo h. contract is 30.06.2026 when played with the real fixture patch but it should be 30.06.2025 according to the season. I used the “FM24 All Contracts 1 Year Shorter (FMTU)” file for this. partially I got the result I wanted but this time the date of the players who extended their contracts was wrong, for example mo salah. in short the problem is that this file pulls the players who extended their contracts back to 2024. how can I fix this correctly? I am very sorry to keep you busy but this is my problem.

I asked why but you didn't explain why you just repeated what it is you're trying to do, not why you are trying to do it

The only option is to use the one from May 31st, after this we switched to 2 years. I am going to release a 1 year one to accommodate places like Brazil  but it won't be till the end of the month at the earliest because i'm too busy.

sorry for the delay i have been a bit busy. first of all you asked why i want to do this. because i want to play with the real fixture update i mentioned. this update also gives us the opportunity to play on a certain date for example 10.06.2024. if i used other updates i would probably start the game in july 2023. this real fixture update allows me to start in june 2024 but the transfers are incorrect as i mentioned in other messages. when I play with other transfer updates, if the player contracts will end at the end of june 2025 for example, I want to move it back one year with any file. in this way, players who actually have a contract end of june 2025 will have a contract end of june 2024 when I play with the real fixture update. but the fmtu file I mentioned did it incorrectly and I didn't get what I wanted. i hope I was able to explain what I wanted.

@Footygamer I'm sorry to bother you. Do you have any advice about this?

Sorry i'm still really not sure what you want. You can download our main data update that changes dates by 2 years, you can download the no date file that doesn't change dates at all or you can download the file from May 31st which changes dates by 1 year.

It is currently not possible to download a file that reflects June 23rd with dates only changed 1 year.

Other than that i'm not sure what you're asking for or what answer you're expecting.

Btw, I tried to download an older version of Data Update to use the 1year contract and age mod and it downloads as a big xml file with, I guess, all the fmf files combined. Or am I doing something wrong?

Can you upload the last 1year contract and age fmf (i believe it's from june 2nd) as a standalone fmf file?

This was the case (the single XML file download), but a few days ago the past releases were corrected and now the full form of the Data Update is available, via https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/releases.

You should be able to get it, from there, at your convenience. Any of the older update instances from May will contain the +1 years file.
