Kevin De Bruyne in-game salary is listed as €40 million per year. His actual salary in Napoli now is around €5 million annually.
With a salary like that, you'd send Napoli into bankruptcy.
Similarly, the manager of Napoli Antonio Conte is shown as earning €1 million per year in the game, whereas his real-life salary is reportedly closer to €6 million.
