It is very, very simple. Wherever Rovella, Tavares, Pellegrini etc are going to be on July 1st, they should be at that team.
If they are not at that team you should make a submission for them to be at that team.
I'm afraid I don't know enough off the top of my head to know where those players should or should not be and your comments are not very clear in explaining it. But the rules for submissions are clear, just wherever they are going to be on July 1st.
Exactly… currently, after downloading the Update, Rovella appears at Juventus with a permanent transfer dated July 1st, 2025. So if you’re playing with Lazio today, you won’t be able to use Rovella for another two years.
But what I’m wondering is: if Rovella’s loan (just like Pellegrini’s) lasts until June 30th, 2025, why is he already at Juventus? There’s no continuity between June 30th and July 1st.
For example, with Gigot, it was correct to place him back at Marseille.
To be even clearer… I just don’t understand why, if you download the Update today, he’s not at Lazio, while on July 1st he will be.

Your comment was not clear, you did not say he had been transferred you said he was on loan.
Yes if he has been transferred then he should be transferred, even if it does not officially happen until July 1st.
Treat anything in June as if it was July 1st, this is clearly written at the top of every submission page.

with the current change (starting the season in 2023) it is not possible to have Rovella until the 2025 season.
So, with the update with the current rosters - Season 2025 - Lazio does not have Rovella because it aligns with reality only after two seasons.
If his loan his loan ends this month then his loan should be ended. We are starting from the 25/26 season now.
Okay, but why this choice with Rovella? And not with the other loaned players… like Tavares, Pellegrini etc.
to Start the 2025 season… Rovella should be placed directly with Lazio because for example, i can now play with players Who returned from loans, but not whit Rovella who is on loan until Juné 30 and difinitive on July 1. So inserting Rovella into Juve today makes no sense

con l’attuale modifica (iniziando la stagione al 2023) non è possibile avere Rovella fino alla stagione 2025.
Quindi, con l’aggiornamento con le rose attuali - Stagione 2025 - la Lazio non ha Rovella perche si allinea alla realtà solo dopo due stagione.

Okay all you have to say is this
“Rovella was on loan for 2 years with a future transfer, that future transfer is now completed, so he needs to be transferred” and proof of the transfer completing.
Submitting a 2 year old article stating that a transfer might happen in 23/24 or 24/25 depending on conditions wasn't clear.
All the talk about other players is just confusing and not relevant.
