"Hello everyone, I hope to find more information and insights here about how the complete scouting system works...

In my save, I’ve reached February 8th, 2053. I have a rich history with various clubs and am now managing ADO Den Haag. I’m facing an issue where I can no longer scout young unknown talents, even though my database contains 450,000 players. For example, I’m trying to find 3-star potential players in Africa or Asia, and I have 55 scouts (I may have slightly altered this via the editor) to explore whether it's related to the scouts or not. It doesn’t seem to be, as I’ve given all my scouts 20/20/20 stats. if I send a scout to Ivory Coast or Japan for a year, they never bring anything back. Is this a bug or simply due to the scouting assignments I’m giving?"
