Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2013/graphics/kits/put in here!
If there is no graphics folder there, create 'graphics'
FM13 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.

i followed the steps but still doesnt work
all the other kits i downloaded from this page works fine, but i cant manage to put the nacional b kits
the file doesnt have the config file, couldnt be that the issue?

well, mine working fine, must be your skins? is it your skin? or original FM13 skin?
