Don't mean to sound salty - will definitely come across as such though - but I got 3rd with the same points as the 1st and 2nd with one prediction less. I didn't partake in the Fantasy League, since it was a whole different competition and there was already an award to be gifted there. Either way, last decision is ultimately yours, wtv the outcome is, you're the ones running it, so choose wtv criteria you like.

I don't want to sound like I'm challenging your decision but I have to say I find choosing tie breaker as a better score from a different competion a litlle unpredictable (no pun intended). Did I (Getting CONCACAF'd) win the Gold Cup Prediction game?
It seems we can only see the sortitoutsi mini-league for the fantasy game, in the prediction tab it shows all players, who may not be in the mini-league. There's one player with one point more, and three others on the same points as me, but none of them are in the fantasy mini-league. No way to see if they just didn't play the fantasy or aren't from sortitoutsi.
