Why start with the lowest possible coaching badge and player experience? Personally, I feel that this could be realistic enough because managing a L20 league team does not require a high level of experience in both coaching and playing. As of now, I assume that the league Sublime Athletic plays in is similar to Sunday League Football. Hence, I shall begin my career journey with Sublime Athletic.

For tactics wise, I have decided to start with possession tactics.

I learnt from an FM Player that if we are not confident of signing free agents, we should evaluate their playing abilities through offering trials. After a very entertaining showdown, the match has ended 2-0 with the scorers, Josh Marshall and Jacob Shepherd scoring for the team. Breaking News: Matty Hughes to Sublime Athletic, Here We Go!! He has signed a contract to play for Sublime Athletic under a permanent contract which might last a few years. He will be sent straight into the starting 11 for evaluation.

This is the starting 11 that I shall be using in the next match. Although the negatives are something we have to work on, I cannot deny the strong teamwork, adaptability and resillience I have observed about the team. They defintely have potential to perform even better in future matches.
