I was started as “jobless” and Swedish club GAIS offered me a contract for 2 years and I accepted it. After 2 seasons/2 years they didn't renew my contract. We did somewhat good job on league and cups but I couldn't transfer “young” players to the club for “future” (they added later). Anyway, my contract ended but I was still on the club, I didn't used in-game editor (which was already closed when I was starting a new database) or external editors. So I didn't want to “resign” because resigning is pretty bad, even some clubs don't take you in if you resigned before (rare but yeah), I was stuck and I just deleted the career. Sooo, I kinda need help because whenever I start “jobless” career (like JourneyMan) if my contract ends I can't leave except resigning or they don't banish me and the free clubs are not soo good for switching.
