Hello, can you lift the transfer ban on Sakaryaspor?

Has it been withdrawn by FIFA? On their official site, it indicates a three-window ban, which is still ongoing. If there is an official source you can share that indicates it has been lifted, we can get it changed.
I had a quick look for any news and I couldn't find anything conclusive. I saw something that suggested of the three offences (that resulted in the transfer ban), two have been resolved - but the outstanding, unresolved situation meant the ban was not (yet) officially lifted.

Hello, there is 1 file left that caused the transfer ban of Sakaryaspor, but the management has already made transfers from the upper league, so the ban will definitely be lifted.
