Is there any way to add a transfer embargo mid-save?

Why are you looking to impose a transfer ban on a specific team? I'm curious if you're trying to create a "crisis club" scenario or are you trying to simulate a financial penalty like the ones that happened to Chelsea or Barcelona in the past?

 

I was going to add one to Olympique Lyon instead of them being relegated to Ligue 2
