Player automatically sent to U21s until match fit

Hello, I have researched this a little but I haven't seen a fix that actually works for me yet. When I started up the game with a new club, I was dumb and said “yes” when I was asked if I wanted to automatically make first team players available for the u21s until they are match fit. Now, I am unsure of how to turn this off, because on the player profiles, it doesn't have them listed as available for the u21s, but come u21 matchday, it automatically selects them to be available. Anyone have a solution to this?
