Hi I hope someone can help me..

 

im a big Liverpool fan and new to the game of fm24 I've started a Liverpool save and I'm 4 years in I'm at a point now where using the youth players are a real option for me, 

 

rio ngumoha is my favourite I sent him out on loan and he really lit up the championship so I thought id give him a go. 

 

however I've downloaded the face pack for the game and also the update files but he dose not have a face and it really puts me off using him unfortunately 

I've tried researching if I can add a face to him but I can't find anything so im hoping maybe someone could help me on here, please reply if you have any links or useful knowledge for me
