Database not loading

I have downloaded the the FM24 Data Update with the Enhanced Data and Dynamic Data update, but when I try to start a new game it gets stuck on the ‘loading database’ screen. I don't know why and need some help?

One thing to note: you need to ensure you are only using one version of either the non-dynamic or dynamic data. If you have tried to activate more than one, this could be your issue.
