The £5 is an annual fee. It gives you access to all versions of the Enhanced Data Update for a period of 12 months.

I have just updated the new fm data update from yesterday 19/07 why does it not show Eric ten haag at leverkusen and potter at west ham, i noticed this on a couple of updates now also the young bournmoth ceter defender should been transfered to real madrid but he isnt,
this isnt really an update if these transfers dont show up???
any thoughts??
M.C
All of those specific examples you’ve cited are definitely reflected in the Data Update for - and have been for some time.
My instincts tell me that one way or another you haven’t enabled the Data Update/installed it correctly, if they are not showing up. Can you check to ensure you’ve installed the files and enabled them as part of your game setup?

Is there no way to have up to date history of leagues and european competitions from 24/25?
M.C
The Data Update individual nation files include updated club and competition histories. These are listed as 2023/24 and 2024/25 in-game on the history/past winners tabs.
What isn’t possible is to prevent the game from then running through the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons again - thus the history will end up showing two entries for each of these seasons.
For European competitions, I haven’t been involved in making these so I am not 100% sure the same situation is true…but I’d assume it is.
What is your belief that these aren’t updated based on? It is worth noting not all nations have been done yet - though all the major playable nations have been…with the others following in the near future.
Marck
I just got the update from today and there is Eric ten haag at liverkusen and potter at west ham and Dean Huijsen at real madrid, sure you don't play with more db

Hello, Mladost GAT wont play serbian 2nd division this season. Instead of them Loznica entered. Can you make that change? (add Loznica to 2nd tier and remove Mladost GAT)

I realised the issue, the loans are set jan-dec 2023, rather than 2024, where i tend to start when creating a Swe-save.
no plans on changing this to 2024?

And how do I cancel the annual subscription?
WAXTAP
Hey. I noticed that Fernando Dickes from RB Leipzig U19 is in the game twice. Could one of them be removed, please?

You can manage your subscriptions via your profile's ‘Shop Orders’ page. When logged in, you can access it via https://sortitoutsi.net/shop.
Mr Tony Almeida
Thanks for replying. Sorted it! UEFA Super Cup seems to be my only issue now! Thanks

You can now add basic player appearance when creating a player such as ethnicity, skin tone, hair, height, weight etc.
There is currently no preview available for the different colours that's coming soon.

Sorry can you try and be a little more descriptive in your messages mods can't keep a track of all the different aspects of every country in their heads and it would save time if you described the situation rather than asking them to load up the game and figure it out for themselves, for instance you could make clear that Sweden (unusually) has two possible start dates one in February 2023 and February 2024.
Since the dates are modified by 2 years it seems better to start in 2023 no? Or are you reporting a compatibility issue with the promotions/relegations files requiring 2024 and the transfers requiring 2023?
I await a more detailed explanation in order to help you properly.
M.C
So I think the behaviour you are seeing in-game is accurate (i.e. those loans are expiring in-game in December 2023). Using the Data Update, December 2023 in-game is the equivalent of December 2025 in real-life.
The loans you are seeing set Jan-Dec 2023 in-game are setup as Jan-Dec 2025 loans in real-life (and, indeed, that is how they are configured on the website - to match the real-life dates).
The Data Update offsets everything by two years to account for the time that has passed. Using the Data Update, an in-game start year of 2024 is, effectively, equivalent to a 2026 start date. Therefore, I think it's correct that those loans have expired.
Put another way, the season currently underway in Sweden (in real-life) would be the 2023 season in-game. The 2026 real-life season (starting in March 2026) is the equivalent of the 2024 season in-game. Appreciate it can be a bit confusing with the overlap of different schedules and the fact that we're now two years on.
I'm actually about to turn my attention to doing updates for the major Scandinavian nations for 2025 and I've been pondering whether to disable the later start year, because it is effectively next season and it may be confusing to have the updated data for 2025 but then find the game has simulated a year (i.e. people will assume the data update is wrong because their game has simulated a season and teams have been promoted/relegated).
Footygamer
What do you mean disable the later start year? The later start year is the one that should be used, not the earlier one, same with brazil.
It's just weird right now because there should be a +1 year version, I have just been too busy to organise it.
Normally it should look like this (FM being cancelled makes it more complicated).
Nov 2023 = 1 file
- no year changes
June 2024 = 2 files
- years changed +1 for Europe
- no date changes file for Brazil/Sweden etc
Nov 2024 = 2 files
- years changed +1 for Europe + Brazil
- no date changes for people using future start date + real fixtures
June 2025 = 3 files
- years changed +2 for Europe
- years changed +1 for Brazil/Sweden
- no date changes for people using future start date + real fixtures
The 3rd version just hasn't been released yet.
M.C
So, where I am coming from: a typical league would have a July 2023 start. In the context of where we are now, that would replicate a July 2025 start - the first season you play in-game (dated 2023/24) is simulating the upcoming 2025/26 season in real-life.
By that logic, February 2023 in-game is the equivalent of February 2025 in real-life. So for a nation like Sweden, which has a March start, I'd argue that starting in February 2023 in-game is like starting in February 2025 in real-life - meaning the first season you play is the one that is ongoing at the moment.
Updating the promotions/relegations for Sweden, the latest version we can do (at the moment) is update for the 2025 season. To replicate playing that season in-game from the start, the player should start in February 2023 right? A February 2024 start simulates starting in real-life February 2026, which we haven't reached yet and would reflect next season in Sweden, the promotions/relegations for which will be decided later this year.

But I don't think we can/should flip flop on the advice we're giving people or what user from those countries have a tendency to do.
Maybe Sweden is a little different i'm not sure, but I mostly think about Brazil in these situations and I think they're the same.
People playing in these leagues start with the later date by default and they're advised to do the same with our data update.
Your suggestion seems to imply a regular and confusing change to which date they should use.
{A}
November 2023 = You should use the later date
June 2024 = You should use the earlier date
November 2024 = You should use the later date
June 2025 = You should use the earlier date
November 2025 = You should use the later date
The right way to do things I think is
{B}
November 2023 = You should use the later date with a file that doesn't modify the years
June 2024 = You should use the later date with a file that doesn't modify the years
November 2024 = You should use the later date with a file that modifies the years by 1
June 2025 = You should use the later date with a file that modifies the years by 1
November 2025 = You should use the later date with a file that modifies the years by 2
The problem right now is that “a file that modifies the years by 1” doesn't exist.
So the solution should be to make available “a file that modifies the years by 1” thereby allowing {B}
I think that is alot more preferable than the much more complicated task of trying to completely change the starts dates {A} and then doing so again in November. Plus having trying to instruct every user to change their habits of using the later start date.
I hope that makes sense but I realise it is a confusing topic.

Hi there,
I would like to play with the latest winter transfers from 24-25 but I can't seem to find a download for older versions of the data update, only the latest one. Could anyone please help me out?

For some reason Belarussian team Lokomotiv Gomel is placed in the Bulgarian second division. Think they might have been swapped with Lokomotiv Gorna

Hi are we close to a new CA update soon?

Hello, I've found out that the Under-20 Division 1 in Italy stops existing after the 2027/2028 season. Because of this, many big teams have their Under-20 squads without a competition. After that season, they seem to appear more in Division 2 again. I saw that the moderator was Rob – maybe he can adjust this so it doesn't happen anymore.

Hello few Hong Kong players are missing from the update after transferring to Chinese leagues including Ma Hei Wai, Ng Yu Hei, Alexander Jojo, Raphael Merkies and Clement Benhaddouche. Can somebody add them back to the game? Thank you so much.

@Footygamer
Thank you for clarifying!
But then the teams are not right when I start the save in 2023.
Any plans on updating the Swedish league?
