Why are Brazil and Norway relegations/promotions so outdated? I mean Fredrikstad FK got promoted in 2023 and they're even playing the Europa League this season but they're still in the 2nd Division in this Data Update (fun fact: they're also in the Europa League in the Data Update while in the 2nd Division LOL). Why is this still out of date?  I mean it is unavailable to update because of some bug or something like that? That's a genuine question. Thanks.
