I have noticed Diego Jota has just been wiped from the update, It would be nice to have his name and retired shirt number added.

And he should be in the icon category as well.

Thanks, I am sure SI games will sort that when they release the next game. Unfortunately, and from memory, the Icons, legends etc are hard coded, and can't be altered due to each club having to authorise the players that appear in each list i.e. licensing. There have been requests in the past for changes to be made, but it wasn't possible. Happy to stand corrected if there is a way to do this, but to the best of my knowledge, that part of the game is locked down.
