Season 2024/25 was played as first leg was between all the league teams and after it the teams will be divided into two groups each group has 9 teams the first group it the championship group and the second is the relegation group but no points is being lost

The relegation was canceled for season 2024/2025 so they came up with this 

According to the new league format, four teams from the Second Division will be promoted to the Premier League next season. After the conclusion of the first round, the league will split into two groups: a Championship Group consisting of 9 teams, and a Relegation Group with 12 teams.

In the 2026–2027 season, four teams will be relegated and only three promoted. The 2027–2028 season will see a further reduction, with five teams relegated and three promoted, as part of a long-term plan to reach the ideal number of clubs in the league. Under the previous system, only three teams were relegated each season.after that the system will go back to the normal season system

I tried to do the system using pre game editor but I wasn't able to so if anyone can work on it
