Issues with the Classic download for FM24

Hi, I downloaded the classic update for FM24 which works with version 24.3 of the game. It states that relegation /promotion as well as transfers have been updated. Yet when I look its only the transfers which seem to be updated. I am a Plymouth fan and as much as I would love our club to still be in the championship we are league one. Any suggestions why this hasn't changed would be great
