Hi, would it be possible to seperate the “Changes” and “New Players” files in the data update again? Me (and probably many others too) can't use Daveincid's Realism pack with the two being merged together.
M.C
There is no way for them to be separated, unfortunately.
Whilst it is true that they were previously separated, this was because the ‘new players’ were done as a central, bulk creation - and not integrated into the site as something that is now community-driven. There are (very good) technical reasons for them being merged and reversing the merger of the two files is not possible, nor the intended direction.
My guess is that the thing that doesn't work smoothly alongside the Daveincid Realism Pack is the fact that you end up with duplicate new players. From what I understand of the Daveincid Realism Pack, they have a separate file for the new players, which you may decide to disable if you wish to make use of the SortItOutSI Data Update. Of course, it is your choice and you may choose not to do that - but that could be an option.
Invariably, both the SortItOutSI Data Update and the Daveincid Realism Pack (and other ‘all-in-one’ packs that offer lots of functionality) will have a variety of things on which they overlap. There's only so much that can be done to make them work alongside each other.
If there are specific things that make the new players in Daveincid's Realism Pack better-executed than those in the SortItOutSI Data Update, your feedback would be much appreciated so the staff, here, can try and take that on board and perhaps improve the offering.

Thank you for your answer and providing context, I understand it now. I'd suggest, like other users have done before, to take a closer look at the personal attributes of the new players, as they seem to have all been set to 10, which can cause some to develop worse than they should.

Good evening everyone, I'd like to know if there's a way to request photos of new players without an ID and upload them manually. And it's a shame that we can't separate them anymore because if we don't want to update the transfers before the end of the transfer window. And you were talking about blocking something to avoid duplicates, how can I do that, please?

The new players in Daveincids mod is a part of the CA/PA changes file, it is not a separate file completely. Does the sortitout mod include updated CA/PA changes or only transfers? If they include CA/PA changes I will consider disabling the Daveincid's CA/PA changes (that also includes new players) so that I have the sortitout CA/PA changes and all of the other Daveincid stuff. Then the pairing should work without problems.

The ‘Changes.fmf’ file in the SortItOutSI Data Update includes transfers, contract changes and any newly-created players. I do not think it currently includes CA/PA changes submitted by the community yet (which is a fairly new feature in itself). That is a work-in-progress to integrate. Tagging @Footygamer so he can confirm in due course.
As an aside: the Site Admin is working on a more global/general CA/PA update, but this is not integrated into the update yet.
Hope that helps you make a decision.

No, the New Players and CA/PA changes from Daveincid are two seperate files, if I understood it correctly. Look at https://fmdaveincid.com

The CA/PA file has the wonderkids included, duplicating the players, see below, it is not a separate file.

Look what's written on the website: He changed existing player's potential, making them “new wonderkids”. The new players are a different file.

Too bad this was implementet.
New youth players should have been a seperate file, because all new youth players are two years older than they are in real life, which ruins it for me.
Dominikl23
For me, they are all the age they are in real life.

Here’s a suggestion from someone who went through the same issue as you: Before starting a save, open the .Changes file in the game editor and filter the players by ID starting from 2 0 0 2 0 4 2 1 8 9. After that, delete all the players that appear, this will remove all newly created players, allowing you to use your old wonderkid database, whether it’s Dave’s or any other.
Lorenzo Zhang
thanks, but it's too slow for me to delete in the FMeditor ,do you meet the same problem?
gabrielogil31
Yes, you'll have to wait around 10 hours depending on your computer specs.

Is there any other solution?

I have the same problem.. we have 2 options… use a patch to old all other players 2 years and play in 2024 like 2026 (but miss 2 years of all players like Cristiano Ronaldo, etc) or have the new players 2 years older than reality at the beginning…
