I just updated the database and based on the database on the website it shown Sesko is in man utd but that is not shown in game. anyone know what's going on?

It was announced after the latest build, it says the date and time the data update was last build on the fm24 update page

Updates are released daily, but the one you download today reflects changes up to yesterday. Sesko should be in the update file that comes out today. It is not an absolute real time update to the file, you need to wait for the daily build and release the following day. When you see that the player is correct on the website, and find they are not in the update file, it means you need to wait until the next day's update to see them in game.
At the end of the window, it is often better to wait a day or two while all the last minute changes are applied, so it would be good to remember that the update file requires a grace period of circa 24 hours from what you see on the website. At the end of the window, some deals are confirmed later etc., so anyone waiting to start a long term save after the window closes is better off waiting 48 hours to get going to ensure that the community has had a chance to process all changes etc.

how to know if the changes is made to a build?
