FM24 v.24.3 Russia (D5)
1. Russia is back in European competitions and eligible for World Cup & EURO qualifiers.
2. Updated format for the Russian Second Division A and Russian Third Division — more balanced and structured pyramid.
3. Every lower-league team now has its own unique kit — no more default blue shirts.
4. Winter breaks and proper registration windows are set for all divisions.
5. Revamped Russian Cup — 220 teams participate, starting from the very bottom tiers.
I edited a file taken from the an112 user on the FMScout website. From the calendar to the weather. The squads for the beginning of 2023 are the Cup of the old format, otherwise the calendar will be overloaded with European cups. The national team has been playing international matches since the first season, and the clubs since the second season.
I forgot to tell you, I fixed the bug with the appearance of Soviet citizenship for young people, now only Russian citizenship.
Second version.
Changes:
Added the relegation of teams from the 5th division to the Lower League, and the random promotion of teams from there. I also made some minor adjustments to the weather and calendar. I added the missing cities for the teams. I slightly increased the prize money in the Russian Premier League and the Russian Cup + Supercup. I may have made some other minor changes, but they are not significant.
Third version, changes: Correct distribution of commands by zone
The fourth version
Fixed an issue with an illegal entry of a team from the third division instead of the winner of the Russian Cup into the Europa League.
Added a Regional Cup for 3rd League teams. (128 commands)
Starting from the 2028/29 season, the number of foreign players in the RPL has been changed from 13 in the team to 10 and from 8 on the field to 6.
Stadiums and their capacity have been fixed for all teams except the 3rd league.

Cosmetic repairs. Fixed all remaining stadiums (names, capacity) for all teams in the Third League and Lower Division. Added missing stadiums and cities.

There is an idea to make the 4th and possibly the 5th division by region. And there are more than 80 regions! There are 200 teams in the Lower Division! But this is very little. There will be a lot of teams to add. I won't make any promises, and if I do, you'll probably be playing FM26! ) But if I do, I'll definitely share this file.

Another thing I noticed. In the teams of the southern regions, for example, Akhmat, Alania, Dynamo Makhachkala, mostly Russians are born, it seems like it should be so (according to the passport, for sure), but the names and surnames are traditionally not typical for this people. I don’t know if it is possible to slightly correct this. So that it would be at least 50/50

Teams can end up in the wrong division for the region because. that there is no place for it in the right division at the moment. Like that. About surnames, I understand that teams in the Caucasus should be dominated by players with names and surnames typical of these regions. But this is beyond my power, as they are all Russian! Even if we create a separate nation, such as Chechen, Ingush, or Dagestan, they will still be tied to Russia.

I have a couple of questions left, maybe I'm wrong, but why do Ivorians and other foreigners play in the Vista Gelendzhik club? I googled them and they do play there, but why doesn't the rule on the ban on foreign players apply to them, or rather to the club? They are entering the third division and it is not stated there that they cannot buy foreigners, a confusing story. But I repeat, maybe it should be like this, I don't know.
And secondly, in your update I can't fix the names in some divisions, they are registered in the “Competitions and other Fixes” file and work at the beginning of the save, but if you reboot the names are reset (specifically in these divisions that are marked in the screenshot). I understand that this can be fixed in the editor, but I don't have it.

Everytime I try to create my own club in any league in Russia, it gives me the “Cannot match name of a real club” error and I cant create a club. I can in other countries though. I tried to look into the editor to find something about it but nothing came up. I also tried to only use this mod but still, it showed the same error. what can i do to fix this?

There's only one option in my head. The country is based on the non-existent country of the USSR. This is probably why it's impossible to create a club in the game.

Hi. I bought the editor. What have I changed? National team legends, added club founding dates (years) and stadium construction dates where possible, updated the kits to be authentic, and added missing kits for the third division. I can send the file in a week if possible, let me know in the comments.
