We still choose to respect the feedback from the clubs lawyers. Others are offcourse free to put whatever badge they want. We will not put neither the clubs badge or FAs logo on the preview image.
The fact that Premier League is fully licensed within the game does not effect custom add-ons as far as we have been told.

my apologies it was the FC'12 Style 2D Kits 23/25 Seasons for Flutskin - Titlebar/Player Overview Pack v.82 i went to download and it downloaded the 8.1 i have now downloaded the 8.2 so I'm sorry for the confusion

Delete all kits from previous seasons, or else the config files can cause conflicts.

Do you mean that it will be possible to use new and old kits from previous seasons in the future? I´s prefer play with old kits than in none at all. Do you mean you or si will handle with it?

No, but some packs can contain the same club if it has been relegated or promoted. This is why it is very important to delete all previous kit packs in the folder, when you download the kits from the newest season.
I've also seen several examples where ppl download several kitstyles and paste them in the graphics folder. This will 100% cause Conflicts. Same with old kitpacks, as the lines in the configure files will not change from one pack to another.
