I cannot replicate this issue. I am using the latest Data Update. Antonio Conte is the Manager of Napoli. Igor Tudor is the Manager of Juventus.
This also matches what the website shows their roles as - and neither of them have ever had any submissions that would put them in different roles.
How certain are you that these changes are not being introduced by other files, from other creators? Can you share a screenshot that shows all of the enabled Editor Data files that result in you seeing these incorrect positions in-game?

Next where Heitinga ?

The update has errors since yesterday and I only have everything enabled from yesterday's daily

This is not a problem with the files from here as far as I can see.
Can you please confirm which version of the update you are using? Is it Dynamic or Classic? That will just allow us to rule out an issue with one that isn't present in the other, but it seems highly unlikely.
Do you have any other files in use, even some that alter leagues etc? Sometimes player/person changes are integrated into those files but not declared.
I am using today's update, but as you can see, Heitinga is at Ajax, Tudor is at Juventus and Conte is at Napoli. I have no other update files in use that add or alter people.

Manager appointments are especially tricky across different files, always good to first go into the club, set manager to “none” to try and record a change, and then add the existing manager, should help override any changes from other files. Same with when changing a manager's club, not only change their “club” but also try and click on “manager (first team)” just to try and record that change too

Can you please share screenshots of your ‘editor data’ folder and/or the ‘Editor Data’ view in-game (during database selection) that shows which files you are using?
Respectfully, you are having a different experience from everybody else who is using the Data Update and so I suspect this is either interference from other files and/or an installation error.
If you have nothing in your ‘editor data’ folder then it could be that you have additional mods that you subscribe to via the Steam Workshop, as I think those get populated into a different location (possibly).
Categorically, the Data Update has the examples you cited as incorrect, configured correctly.

This is exactly how the update works already all people are released first and then transferred
